There are several models of dual pivot floor fans afftected by this recall:
* Lasko Models 3300 and 3521 Wind Machine
* Lasko Models 3400 and 3410 Wind Tunnel
* Lasko Models 3510, 35105, 3550 and 3800 Cyclone
* Lasko Model 3515 Air Companion
* Super (Canada) Model 20CT Cyclone
* White Westinghouse (Canada) Model 20CZ Cyclone
* Lasko Model 2135 Air Director
* General Electric (GE) Models 106600, 106606 (Canada) and 106630, 20" Air Circulator with Thermostat
* Air King Model 9500, 20" Deluxe Pivot Fan
* Air King Model 9515, 15" Deluxe Pivot Fan
* Super (Canada) Model 2135 Airworks Air Director

If you have one of the fan models identified above, you must determine the date the fan was manufactured by following these steps:
1. Unplug the fan.
2. Position the fan so the bottom of the base can be viewed as shown.
3. Locate one of the identification labels as shown.

If your dual pivot floor fan is a brand or model other than those listed above, it is NOT affected by this recall and you may exit the recall site now. Exit
